DHL Express supports Fashion Week Australia for 11th year

In 2010, DHL Express launched its now famed DHL Fashion Export Scholarship to further support and nurture emerging Australian designers. The scholarship was born to offer local fashion designers support to grow their export business and achieve international success.

Previous recipients of the DHL Fashion Export Scholarship have included Bec & Bridge, We are Handsome, KHALO, Haryono Setiadi, BY JOHNNY. and Christopher Esber. All winners received international freight to boost their label’s international presence along with a mentorship to help launch their burgeoning label on the international stage. Each one was able to successfully utilise the scholarship prize to catapult their business overseas.

This year, DHL Express continues to support emerging Australian designers through its ‘Launch a Label to the World Stage’ competition. The winning Australian label will have the opportunity to attend Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia, meet and network with IMG fashion experts, and experience extensive global brand exposure on DHL’s digital channels.
